Nemisis Prime's eyes can glow purple thanks to its built-in LED lights (requires 2 AG13 batteries, not included).

About Nemisis Prime
Nemesis Prime is the dark, brainwashed version of Optimus Prime, often portrayed as a ruthless and corrupt counterpart to the noble Autobot leader. In Transformers: The Last Knight, Optimus Prime is manipulated by the goddess Quintessa and turns against his former allies, operating under the name Nemesis Prime. His iconic red and blue colors give way to sinister black and silver armor, and his eyes glow ominously purple.
As Nemesis Prime, he is merciless and determined to destroy Earth in the name of Cybertron. This tragic turning point reveals a rare, dark side of Optimus Prime.
