In the Titan Returns series Hasbro releases this highly detailed Fortress Maximus figure. This figure measures over 23,5 inches, making it the largest action figure in the Titan Returns series. This figure comes with a Titan Master Emissary figure and a Cerebros figure. The Emissary figure becomes the head of the Cerebros figure, and the Cerebros figure becomes the head of the Fortress Maximus figure.
You convert Fortress Maximus from robot to battle station in 11 steps. Then the battle station converts to Autobot city in 4 steps. The Cerebros figure converts from robot to head in 5 steps. The Emissary converts in 1 step. Hasbro has incorporated lighting effects and battle sounds into this model.
In Autobot city mode, Fortress Maximus can be connected to Titans Return Leader Class figures (sold separately) to form a Cybertron city. The Titan Master Emissary figure can become the head of Deluxe Class, Voyager Class or Leader Class Titans Return figures.
